Potter Della Magna Pink is a color based on the historical pigment in use since the 19th century. Invented as a glaze by the English ceramic industry, It is obtained by calcining a mixture of tin, chromium and silicon oxides at high temperatures. In the original recipe there was also lead, which was later replaced with other substances due to its toxicity.

This pink with an antique tone has a marked graininess and a character of its own, suitable for enlivening atmospheric landscapes or mottled skin tones and many other backgrounds in general.
